THREE Easy Steps to raise your VIBRATION...
I recently saw a post on Instagram someone shared about navigating the Monday Blues. Knowing what I know about the energy of attraction, if we're feeling blue, chances are we'll draw situations and people to us that match that feeling, no matter the day of the week.
This is an awareness you need to embody if you want keep from being at the mercy of non-ideal circumstances. While these circumstances will still happen, you won't be taken out by them. How awesome would that be!
Three easy steps to raise your vibration.
1. Mini Meditation Energy Booster. For my peeps who dread meditating, try seeing as taking a taking a short break.
Sit with your feet flat on the ground, rest your hands on your lap, close your eyes
and focus on your breath. The act of closing the eyes cuts off distraction and allows you to go within. Slowing down works wonders for your mind, body and spirit. Do this for as little or as much time as you like. My sense is after experiencing the benefit of this simple practice, you'll get hooked.
2. Day Dream a little...
Instead of allowing your mind to wonder aimlessly, you can focus your attention to shift and raise your vibration in an instant. Close your eyes and see yourself having the things that you truly desire, really get into it. Next, allow yourself to get carried away by the wonderful feelings of having what you intended. There's a million bonuses to be had, and you'll be magnetizing your dreams in a
playful way. Two for the price of one!
3. Can't get into daydreaming? Got you covered!
Bring something to mind you're super-excited about doing in the next few minutes, or later in the day. It's a sure-fire way to put a big smile on your face and put you in a different state.
Our energy affects not only us, but everything and everyone around us. The more we can harness, direct and manage it, the happier, healthier and wealthier we will be!
